oldtrailfabric.com Shipping InformationWe offer a wide variety of shipping methods so you can choose the service that best meets your needs: cheapest way to fastest delivery. We offer shipping as inexpensively as possible. Our philosophy is to cover costs on shipping but this is not a profit center for oldtrailfabric.com.
We offer shipping rate calculations from USPS, and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight (and sometimes volume), the speed of shipping, and your address.
You can get an estimate for the least expensive shipping by just entering the items you want to purchase into your cart and clicking the "Calculate Shipping" link. USA customers need only need to provide your zip code only. No login or personal information is required. International customers need to fill in the customer page to get the shipping charge but, still do not need to provide any credit card information.
The cheapest carrier and way to ship depends on the distance, size and weight.
How do we pack and Ship your order ?
We are very careful how we safely ship your orders. Some wide fabrics may be folded to help keep your shipping costs down.
Some fabrics should not be folded so they are not. Most orders of 10 yards and up are rolled and shipped on a tube.
You may request that your order be rolled and we will do our best to comply.
International Shipments Please note that oldtrailfabric.com does not calculate or pay any import taxes or duties for shipments to countries outside the US. These costs, if any, are borne by the buyer.
INCOTERMS is a set of business practices developed by the International Chamber of Commerce in 1936. Our INCOTERMS are as Follows:
We ship EX WORKS EXW, typically from Shamokin Dam Pa."EX WORKS" indicates the buyer pays shipping cost, and takes responsibility for the goods when the goods leave the seller's premises. In practice this means that once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier, and lost shipments are the responsibility of the buyer and carrier.
Orders of Fabric are CUSTOM cut to your needs of yardage. Returns are sometimes allowed but there is a 20% restocking charge.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost and return of the item in perfect condition.
Returns are only accepted if they request and get a Return Authorization Number to be put on outside of box being returned.
